Coucou Wine was born, fermented and bottled in East Oakland. I had the opportunity to check out their workspace and taste the wine along the way as it developed.

When I sat down with the client to discuss their vision for their debut vintage they came prepared with a name, Rhinestone Cowboy and a color palette inspired from their grandmother’s china. The final design expresses the essence of Rhinestone Cowboy through a simple design, with vintage western inspired type and a gestural nod to a lasso.
